It seems to me as well that this could be very energy efficient and would be ideal for those people who realize that a bigger house is not always better.

I absolutely hate, HATE shopping malls and public events because these people are always there. A special hell needs to be reserved for this type (the ones who stop in the middle of busy walkways can go to the same place).
